Starving...I'm working a fair booth this week and I'm right across from the Bob Evans tent, with their $3.50 biscuits and gravy sign taunting me!!!

I typically do well over the 10,000 steps a day on s-health and I am a carpenter so I spend my whole day moving, picking things up, etc.. Maybe the 1500 calories a day is just to little..0 -

I exercise 3 hours some days and it doesn't make up for all the eating. OP, be thankful that you don't have to deal with hormonal surges.
Also, 1500 is too little for a man anyway.0 -

I try to eat a minimum of 5 fruits and veggies a day. I have a container that I keep 2-3 servings of veg in to snack on through the day. It keeps me in my calories and gets those servings in. I also usually pack a Greek yogurt for 80 calories for a snack and a can of sugar free mandarin oranges or a banana.
Then lots of water.1 -

You push mow a hill for 3 hours I bet you can eat what you want to
I think we really don't have the same definition of 'eat what you want'.0
