  • If your gym has a spin class try that. I found the class really hard at 1st but now I just love it. No matter what class you take I find that at our gym most people tend to take the same classes week after week soon you will make some new friends. I met one of my best friends at the gym.

  • Thanks for posting. I have the 30 day shred DVD but have not tried doing it in awhile. I could not make it through the first time and became discouraged and have not tried it again. Now, that I'm down 14 pds. I think it's about time to try again. I'm glad to see that you and others on MFP are losing weight with it.

  • Good luck to you. I have found this site to be very helpful. Becoming aware of how many calories are in the foods that I eat has been a bit of a shock. I am beginning to learn what I can and can not eat. I have also learned that exercise and calories go hand in hand. (Exercise ='s more food. ) You can do it!!!

  • I feel for ya. I had braces just a few years ago myself. The one thing I could eat was an egg salad sandwich.(Without crust, that was to had to chew). You should be able to tolerate the progresso soups the have some low cal. ones. Good luck with the braces, it will be well worth the pain in the end.
