  • Euuuuuuuuugh had such a bad weekend, ate so many bad things and did NO exercise. Like none whatsoever. I think I put on about a pound, which I suppose isn't too bad but I'm finding it so hard to get back on track.   • So starting weight this week was 134.8lbs, as of this morning I was 132lbs exactly. Woo hoo, that's a loss of 2.8lbs, I'm losing all the water weight I gained last week. My real success this week was when I went shopping for new jeans and squeezed myself into a size 10 (US 8 I think)!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOP!!

  • I don't know if this will help but I made a list of things I was looking forward to when I've lost some weight e.g. looking as good as my friends when I go out, being able to fit into smaller sizes etc etc and I got so excited that I decided that it was really worth it!
