I would just continue what you are doing as long as your doctor says it's ok and with the exercise you'll keep a healthy weight gain during your pregnancy. Congrats and good luck!!

What it will do is get rid of the water weight you have...yeah the bathroom part stinks but that does ease up to regular bathroom use lol. So definitely keep up with your water intake, and you don't have to completely remove all forms of other drinks as well just limit them. Good luck!!

Yep I am the same way...anything greasy just sits very heavy on my stomach and it does help you stay away from those types of foods.

why not sit him down and talk to him? tell him whats bothering you and see what he says then take it from there. But you deserve someone who isn't bothered by you. So like I said talk to him and see what's going on with him.

You're going to have to find away to eat over 600 calories no doubt about it because you can't live on 600 calories a be healthy. Not to overstep but are you working on getting over an eating disorder?

I personally haven't taken a fiber supplement as of yet, however I did actually see this on Dr Oz and he has suggested using it once a day. I would probably take it first thing in the morning but that's just a suggestion.

Starting Weight= 166.6 Week 1= 166.6 Week 2= 166.4 Week 3= 166.4 Week 4= 165.4 End Of Month Weight= 165.4 Total Weight Lost= 1.2 lbs lost Not too bad considering I had surgery a month ago and just started last week really watching and logging what I eat and been able to exercise some.
