  • Wow! Ten years.....I can't even maintain it for 1 year.But, I am going to maintain it for 1 year. I eat cos it's time to eat & I go for high calorie food cos I felt...why not. :(

  • I tried to eat more veg and less fried food today managed to control but I gave in to pastry !! I bought two custard puff and that's for my dinner tonight. Cos if I eat more, I will definitely exceed my calorie for today

  • Guilty.. I hv the same problem. Sometimes, each meals contain carbs BF: Bread/noodles Snack:Biscuits Lunch : Noodls/rice Tea :more biscuits Dinner : more noodles I am trying to cut down, starting with dinner

  • :embarassed: yep.. i just loved fried food and bread, biscuits, cookies. Water and veggies -- struggling I lost weight last year by eating zucchini at nite, but now I have to decide whether to include zucchini as part of nite diet.
