i was told it takes years of overeating to stretch your pouch...everybody journey is different some lose it faster . you should stay full up to three to four hours before you next meal with only 3 meals a day if your feeling hungy you need to get an andjusment.

try turkey meatballs by butterball they are already seasoned and my husband just adds spagetti sause it so good and packed with protein. u can find it in themeat department next to turkey ground beef

heb has a whole wheat macoroni and it is awesome. also at walmart has a great value of crystal light which is awesome as well and i love these cookies called quaker oat granola cookies its oatmal and rasion they are like 2-for five but are so good and low on callories
