Shave sometimes, but then sometimes I go weeks or whatever without shaving. I think either gender shouldn't be afraid of some body hair, and if I like someone it doesn't matter if they have body hair, or if they want to shave that's fine - but it's a personal choice.

I often find it hard to keep habits. For example with this, I was doing so well tracking for at least a few weeks (though I think my weight according to Wii Fit was yo-yoing), then I forget and I didn't for quite awhile. I log as much as I can. I try to log things vaguely if I can't find the exact thing, but I try to be as accurate as I can. Maybe I forget a few things, but I do what I can.

I think for last weeks challenge I did about 50 mins of hula hoop during the week (along with other wii fit things), but that was close, so I think I did well. Not done any of the strength challenge this week (didn't see this thread earlier this week) BUT I have just finished doing 40 mins on Wii Fit, burning 136 cal.

18 mins of Wii fit including 6 mins of super hula hoop.

11 min hula hoop today (well, the 10 min one but it said 11 mins). 47 cal burned and 3396 spins. DId some walking for exercise today too, and tidying my room (so moving about then).

20 min Wii Fit including 10 min of hula hoop. Plus a short walk today too.

15 min on Wii Fit, including 10 min hula-hoop. 54 cal burned. Plus I did some walking today, so that's more exercise. 23 mins total hula-hoop so far then...

45 mins on Wii Fit today, including 10 mins of hula hoop.

Today I did 50 min on Wii Fit plus and it said I burned 168 cal! That was a lot for me, never done more than about 40 mins in one day before. Included in that was 3 min hula-hoop. I'm sure if I remember I could do more hula-hooping this week! It's actually one of my favourite games on it and one that I am best at.

How could anyone be offended by a bracelet? It was for a good cause! Breasts aren't even offensive - what if it had said "I (heart) rainbows" or something, would they have made a fuss? Some people make a big deal out of nothing. Oh, and I (heart) boobies!

I'm not sure how 'clean' I eat (never heard of that before), dunno if my diary is public... but I'll look into 'clean eating'.

Sometimes I feel hungry still even after I've eaten, but I'm sure I'm eating less (plus exercising more) so maybe my body is just trying to get used to all this? I don't always feel hungry after eating though. Plus I guess it also depends how much I have eaten, and when I snack I try to have healthy things at least…

I love the Wii Fit! I've got Wii Fit plus. Not been on it today though, but I did swimming and walking for exercise.
