If you keep up what you are doing for 90 days (12 weeks) you will make a habit out of it. Then you will truly be on your way to making a lifestyle change.

I often find it hard to keep habits. For example with this, I was doing so well tracking for at least a few weeks (though I think my weight according to Wii Fit was yo-yoing), then I forget and I didn't for quite awhile. This mon and tues I tried to write again, so hoping to get back on with this - haven't been on Wii Fit for awhile either, though I did walk and go on DDR a bit (walk on tues and DDR mon)

I can definitely see that being true. I am on my second week of P90X (my ticker is off..) and I'm already fairly addicted.

We can all reach our goals.. Just stick with it! :)
  • I have to agree.
I have been at this thing for 4 mos and I seriously get irritable if I DON'T get out and exercise.
I am addicted to this feel-good feeling.
I am loving the clean eating.
My sugar & chocolate & fast food & carb cravings have gone - gone - gone.
    YAY!
I can tell also if I haven't had enough water in my day. Amazing really!

My only regret is that I didn't figure this mindset thing out SOONER!

    Keep on....keepin' on.

I have to get the first day over with ... again!

It's so hard getting started, but I know what great rewards await me. Need to find the motivation to actually get off my butt. :ohwell:
