  • I am small frame, 5 1 and weigh in at around 106 to 108 lbs. I can go lower and still be in a healthy range but my body likes this size, with which I am happy to try to maintain.
  • what a fantastic success story, you look amazing. You have every right to be so elated. xx
  • Yep. People look at me and say you're tiny, what do you want to lose it for? I used to be tinier and feel happier that way. Its just personal but at the end of the day it doesn't matter that much. As long as I maintain a healthy weight. I can lose a few more pounds and still be in a healthy range!!

  • I totally agree with Ladybug, you are not consuming enough ..1200 is the minimum amount to survive on MFP says but given your sex and size I would say your body needs more which should have been worked out for you? You mentioned 1500 a day, thats not a lot more in reality. Remember your body is an engine that you have to…

  • I see so many have gone through the same, just as I have. I hope all these replies will give you strength. You will get better, it just takes time. • Thanks, yeah 1300 is low but I am small and have never really needed much, am 110 lbs now but want to get back to 105/106 preferably. Not a lot to most but it is to me! I will persevere and try some muscle building. I will check things out. :flowerforyou:
