Ok I want to be In With this! I’m currently about 205 and would love to break the 200 mark and stay under it! I was about 235 after I had my daughter 9 years ago. For December I would really just like to stay reasonable during the holidays! And hopefully get a workout 5 days a week would be ideal.

Im doing 1200 a day, trying to lose around 60 pounds!! could really use some motivated friends!

Maybe wash them immediately after your through with your work out? That way the sweat doesn't get a chance to sink into the fabric much. Also I would try putting baking soda in the wash with it. and i just read online that a table spoon and a half of vanailla will help. not too sure about that one though lol.

I set my level to sedentary because our house is extremely baby proof, and she entertains herself pretty well now. so there isn't actually a whole lot of chasing going on lol.

lol, I fell like an idiot ha. My activity level is sedentary. I'm a stay at home mom. so aside from chasing my daughter aroundand my evening workout, there isn't much activity.

My daughter is 14 months old now, and Ive still got 20 pounds to go until my pre-pregnancy weight, but i want to lose forty more after that!
