I only added the protein powder because I wasn't getting enough protein elsewhere....always way under my MFP number. I made my smoothie forever without the protein powder and really could not taste the spinach.

1 c strawberries 1 c blueberries 2 c spinach 1 c water and a few cubes of ice 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

I've become attached to Propel Zero. It's vitamin enhanced also. It does have sodium, but I sweat soooo much I don't worry about it during the summer months.

If you are out for any length of time be sure to replace the salt you are losing from sweating. Personally, I don't like sports drinks so I add a small amount of salt to my water bottle. I sweat a ton and do most my excercising in the heat of the day....which is hot and muggy since I live in the South. You can over hydrate…

I've let life get in the way of my shredding and am now a week behind :( I've kept up my walking though and will start Shredding again tomorrow. Somehow managed to drop a pound anyway, so I'm pumped. Hate the fact I got behind. You all are doing so fantastic.

Hydrate, hydrate.....but if your workout is longer than an hour you need more than water. The salts you sweat out need to be replaced. Personally I don't like sport drinks, so I add small amounts of salt to my water.

Just did D1L2 and it about killed me....11 days into it and I do feel much more energetic and healthier. No weight loss though :(

I am not. I started a day late, so I will use today to catch up. Planning on it next Sunday though. I will need it to prevent burnout. I'm off to shred when I log off.

Finished day 5....sooo much better again. Still can't do the arm raises during the side lunges for the entire time. :) Can't say I noticed Natalie's mistake. I guess I tend to listen to more than watch the video. I will have to check it out.

Not sure your taste in books, but The Art Of Racing in the Rain or People of the Book were both very good....and very different from each other.

Day 4 finished...it does get better. Yea!!!! My soreness is almost gone.

I'm with ya on that.... Got through day 3 today. Not nearly as sore as I was yesterday. I was too sore to stretch last night before heading to bed. Today, huge difference. Still doing pushups on my knees though and the side bend, arm raises- not able to raise them either.

Finished day 2....still way sore from yesterday, though not as weak when I finished this time. Will definitely be stretching before going to sleep tonight. :)

Just finished day 1....feeling pumped, but weak all over :) I play tennis a few days a week and try to walk 3 miles 4-5 days each week. Nothing like the Shred though.....
