I'm having the same problem. I had surgery over two years ago and my stomach hasn't been flat since. I'm hoping to walk/jog away the fat first then start toning by doing exercises that focus on the abs.

I bought a new digital scale today to get a more realistic weight than what I've been getting on my old scale and it shows I've really lost 5lbs over the past two weeks. I'm very excited about that and hope I can keep it up. Thanks Everyone for your support and encouragement!!!

There may be some yoga exercises that you may be able to do. Swimming may be something you can try, but I don't know how it will affect your knees, expecially if you kick a lot to swim.
