I'm 5'6.75" and am small boned. I weighed 113 when I graduated from college and that was WAAAY too thin. I remember thinking when I got up to 128 that was the perfect weight for me. I'm setting my goal at 145 because I have extra skin weight and because I want a weight I can reasonably maintain.

Is it possible extra calories are sneaking in? cream in your coffee, just a bite of this or that, sugar free drinks with 5 calories, etc? Are you measuring your food or estimating how much you're eating?

I've tried several brands of stevia products and only liked TruVia. Each packet has quite a bit in it and it's very sweet, so I can use one packet to sweeten my tea and my grapefruit.

A couple of thoughts... Are your clothes fitting differently? It's possible that you're replacing fat with muscle.
