I've lost an average housecat and am aiming for an automobile tire with a guinea pig sized hole

Aspartame, definitely. Other than that, I haven't changed up what I eat day-to-day very much. I usually found that the morning after I had a sleep paralysis episode, I would have a horrible migraine, but I haven't had very many episodes since I stopped doing excessive amounts of cardio and began strength training.

You don't necessarily have to eat clean, you could lose weight eating fast food and candy as long as it's in moderation. And yes, running is cardio, which helps break down fat and will help the muscles actually show. You could lift weights (on your bed with two dumbbells is usually the cheapest option, it's what I do) to…

My family has a history of women being extremely iron anemic (and lacking vitamin D) and while I do take several vitamins in order to aid that, I found that oats help keep me up on my iron levels. The Red Cross volunteer who came to my school several years ago even told me to start eating oatmeal a week before giving blood…

I use the app so I have no excuse not to log everything, as it is always handy, but I could always check in each day and try to remind you!

Eat or drink something with substance! I get shaky and dizzy in heat when my blood sugar is too low and I have to eat more.

I had pizza earlier today, and I'm still (miraculously) about 200 calories away from my deficit. Might have some dessert tonight! And as a New York girl, it's a hero, not a hoagie or sub!
