Only 7.5kg/17lb to go to get to goal...

So I've not much to go before hitting goal. I'm really not sure how fast I should go at getting there. If you were that weight above goal weight, how long would you prefer to take to arrive at goal weight?

    I would so go for 1-1.5 lbs for now and up your calories by 25-50 per week once you're 10 lbs away so your body gets used to eating at higher levels.
