1. Lose five pounds which will bring me halfway to meeting my goal weight, almost there! 2. No late night eating, even if my sisters bake delicious goodies! 3. Run at the gym/outside at least three times a week 4. Finish level 2 and level 3 of 30 day shred!!

Thanks yeah maybe it is muscle, but I don't do weights too often. Sometimes p90x plyometrics, and also arms and legs every week. Hmm. Eating more calories will really help??? Thank you

You should jog instead of run will save you some time and burn more also! :)

BREAKFAST! When you eat breakfast, it makes your body move into it's day time state of burning calories to perform activities. This is the state where you burn most calories. Other wise if you skip breakfast, your body still works in a calorie conservation mode, burning less. SO YESSS eat breakfast!

Wow we're really in the same boat! I've had weight problems since even being so young, I want to lose ten-fifteen pounds as well! Good luck with everything! I also concur with giving into temptations way too easily.
