Calorie limit/Exercise, Not losing the pounds:( HELP.

So. I started fitness pal about two weeks ago. However I've been eating an average of 1200 calories a day, depending also on how much I exercise per day for over a month or so. I've been drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. And eating tons of fruits and vegetables, and eating small portions, more meals. I've really tried it all. I first weighed 152 and went down to 146, over the past month and a half I am down to 140. I really want to get down to 135/then 130. But I'm NOT LOSING ANY MORE LBS! It's been three weeks and exercising 4-6 times a week (changing up routine and everything) and I just can't seem to shed these 5-10 pounds
I don't know what's wrong? Help!? What am I doing wrong and what can I do to drop these pounds to my goal weight??

REad the book "Cinch"--it has really helped me get started and keep losing.0

I dont know why youre not losing weight so I may not be of much help, but you may also be gaining muscle from the exercising and it may just look like youre not losing anything. Just my thoughts.0

Plateau. It's normal. Some people suggest changing up workouts and actually eating MORE calories (like over 1500) a few days a week. Basically, shake your body up. So it doesn't know what to expect.0

Thanks yeah maybe it is muscle, but I don't do weights too often. Sometimes p90x plyometrics, and also arms and legs every week. Hmm. Eating more calories will really help??? Thank you0

Might help to read these threads to make sure your goals/deficit are appropriate and some things to try. Good luck with it!
