Calorie limit/Exercise, Not losing the pounds:( HELP.

So. I started fitness pal about two weeks ago. However I've been eating an average of 1200 calories a day, depending also on how much I exercise per day for over a month or so. I've been drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. And eating tons of fruits and vegetables, and eating small portions, more meals. I've really tried it all. I first weighed 152 and went down to 146, over the past month and a half I am down to 140. I really want to get down to 135/then 130. But I'm NOT LOSING ANY MORE LBS! It's been three weeks and exercising 4-6 times a week (changing up routine and everything) and I just can't seem to shed these 5-10 pounds :( I don't know what's wrong? Help!? What am I doing wrong and what can I do to drop these pounds to my goal weight??
