    I dont see enough weight lifting. As an ISSA trainer the one thing I always teach my clients is to balance weight lifting and cardio. Without weight training the fat will not stay off because of lack of muscle fibers.

    Man that's a crazy time commitment. If you can make it work, more power to you. :-) Just don't forget to fuel yourself properly. And isn't Brazilian Butt lift lots of body weight training?

    Yes, two of the Brazilian DVDs are weight training. I do half of my workouts in the morning & the other half at night. I teach yoga so that isn't too time consuming. As for running, I will definitely start next week...I have too! :)

    I would like to know what all of them burn am starting week 7 tomorrow and after cardio axe and bum bum there is always so much sweat after. I LOVE IT!!
