Thats a huge victory! I would have eaten one and then probably throughout the day have eaten the 40 or 50 that are sitting over there. Moderation is key! Have a great day!

You look amazing and I agree- you are tiny and how are you a size 12.... Loved this post, keeping me motivated! Good luck with 30DS!

I am going to start kicking things into high gear and get serious about lifting weights and my cardio sessions. My husband said I should change it up and stop doing the same things over and over every week... Hope it can jump start these last pounds again! Trying to stay positive and keep on going...

Good luck! I am a new mommy and need to find a bootcamp for my daughter and I! You can do it!

Congratulations! You look great... Have you been logging in faithfully for that many days too? If so, that needs a congratulations in itself!!

I am doing or did mostly cardio because I had 18 pounds of baby weight to lose. I lost the 8 and now I am getting closer to my "normal range." I LOVE sugar and that is my biggest downfall and has been forever. I am trying to come up with healthy sweet treats and use applesauce instead... Its all about the inches and…

Thanks! That is what my husband keeps saying! lol I am slowly getting back into weight training a few days a week. Its the inches that I want gone and definition back!

I hear both sides to this.... On the one side- its higher in fat, you eliminate a lot of foods, you get constipated, its hard to stay away from carbs. On the positive side- it has worked for me in the past, I lost many inches (i never weighed myself when I started or ended), I never felt too hungry, eating was easy for me,…

Congratulations on your success! Every tiny step is a huge milestone... keep it up!!

You look so amazing and 71 pounds is amazing. I am having to retrain my thinking to inches rather then weight right now. I too have a goal to lose weight by my birthday- the 22nd. I am trying to really watch my calorie intake and doing a modified low carb diet, which has helped me in the past! That might get you closer a…

Just wanted to say hello! This site has been great offering "real life" support from others along with making me 100% accountable for what I put into my mouth. Good luck on your weight loss journey!

I have never thought of this in that way! I did challenge myself 2 years ago and "ran" or I should say trotted the P.F.Changs Half Marathon and I am NOT a runner at all.. Just a goal I wanted to complete. I have recently had a baby and I am trying to get back into weight training and become lean. This may sound silly but I…

I had a baby a few months ago and along with my behind, my stomach is still pretty wobbly. I am trying to eat a clean diet (for the most part) and doing a lot of ab and core work. Like holding the plank. I am sure in time, our tummies will firm up. This process is just something I have learned to be patient with and know…

Congratulations! They say that is the best way to measure change and of course lean body mass. I get so stuck on the numbers on the scale, but if you are lifting weights and losing fat you may not see a budge for a while in terms of numbers. In the end, its the inches we want to see. Look at all those women in the oxygen…

Thank you! I do not have a heart rate monitor, but will log as high impact for now!

EIExGordo- I totally agree with you and I do take it as a compliment. I try and lead a fairly active and healthy lifestyle to begin with and everyone I know has said, what you just said. Everyone feels that God chose us to be her parents, knowing the type of life we live and can make her life only better. There may be…
