If all you can find is high calorie protein powder, you're looking at the wrong brands :P

I can almost guarantee you need to drink more ^^

There is nothing wrong with eating a slice of pizza. Remember - it's not what you eat, but how much you eat.

I second the fluids. Oatmeal and hot tea are great for just such an occasion (:

Your hips, your waist (at the bellybutton), and your thighs will show the most results in regards to losing inches. For body fat percentage, the easiest way is to use this calculator - http://www.livestrong.com/tools/body-fat-calculator/

Yeah.. they're a waste of money.

It does get easier as time goes on. Don't limit yourself to strictly veggies and fruits though - whole grains and low-fat protein are great for you.

NEVER had popcorn? you must be joking lol

I'd pick a day to weigh-in and hide the scale the rest of the week. Water plays a big part, so it's best not to get yourself all stressed out - it doesn't help!

Popcorn is fantastic. It's actually not too bad for you without all the butter and salt :)

Welcome back! Jobs are terrible here as well, so I know how stressful job searching can be.

Measurements are much more accurate than any BMI calculator.

I wasn't implying it was completely impossible, just that you'd have to devote hours and hours to working out each day which would be incredibly tiresome after a while.

I wouldn't count the individual chores as workouts, but if you're constantly busy like that, you could definitely change how active you are in the "Goals" section ;)

It would be virtually impossible to burn 2500 excess calories in one day, if that's what you mean. Burning 3500 calories per week (cumulative, from all 7 days) will equate to about 1 pound of weight loss.
-
Definitely focus on measurements and clothing instead of the scale.

From what I've seen, a majority of the people on here are from the US, yeah.
