I'm BACK and on track!

I joined MFP earlier this year, but like some people I finally got a job (missouri sucks for jobs) and was "too tired" or "forgot" to log my food or exersize. But as of today I'm back on track, today I said to myself "It's now or never, and I'm tired of how I look now." So hopefully this time I can stay motivated.

Welcome back! I know how you feel. Went from having all this free time being a stay at home mom to now working and barely having time to breath! I am back on, but still have managed to stay on track outside of MFP. Good luck to you!0

I slacked at first too... after about a month I finally got the hang of it. Im at 81 days now! I love knowing how many calories many of my usual foods have without looking! Just make it a priority. I rely on my iphone app. otherwise it would be difficult.0
