I joined after my wife showed me the site. Looking to lose about 50 lbs. I welcome new friends for encouragement and support.

    I have been using this website since the middle of January and it has helped me lost over 60 pounds; its really a great resource!

    Thanks guys! Wow! 60 lbs is awesome Dan. (former packers fan here. Had to change to the Titans when they moved to TN)
