if you HAVE to snack...find low cal /healthy snack foods like fruits and veg..I try to grab something like this if Im really feeling the need : ) I like grapes because I can slowly munch on them and only about 50 cal in 1 cup give or take

Id say im eating clean as I cant imagine what eating dirty is like LOL!!! nahh but really..Im just making healthier choices in general.. I dont want to be too restricted or i would probably fail haha :) CICO for me.

I use a hair wrap towel to keep my hair dry in the shower when Im not washing it! You can get them in a 2 pack at target for 10 dollars in the bath/shower section! I shower every day (especially in summer) but I only need to wash my hair twice a week..or it would get way too dry and probably fall off Haha :)

Yes I do feel better/healthier on the inside atleast!! I feel not so bloated and tired like I used to! Its just pretty discouraging because I feel like ive been soooo good and its not paying off..I dont have much to lose so I thought that it wouldnt be so difficult!

Yea i have no idea..im very deligent about my calories so I dont think im over eating...I come in just under my calories as I try to stay in that slightly hungry mode so I dont over eat. I really only consider exercise where I know that my heart rate was UP for a significant amount of time...so normal daily activities like cleaning house/laundry/shopping/prepping meals/playing with animals etc.. I dont count in my calories. I will count calories for walking (at a significant pace), jogging, stair running…

Oh I tried what you suggested! Seemed to work a bit better...I reentered the info and changed it to lightly active (maybe im more active then I thought?? idk haha) and now MFP is saying 1240 cal for 1 pound a week (so not very much) or 1490 cal for .5 pound a week (its 1300 if i keep it at sedentary for .5 a week) The 1490…
