down 2.3 this week! motivation for the weekend :-)

I have a similar goal of the tattoo..I have one already but would like just one more, when i meet my goal..:-)

1. a mini shopping spree (don't need too much lol) 2. Shorts, tanktops and an actual bathing suit this summer! 3. Feeling sexy, confident and oh so happy!

did not lose any this week and actually gained...229.0. curse you thanksgiving food! Im really struggling to get back on track with my eating but I need to stop making excuses and just do it!

Im definitely going to try to beat my mile time. I will probably only be able to attempt it once this week but I am gonna do the best I can. We got this. GO PINK!

Dance Central, Zumba and Just dance. All three will give you great workouts. I alternate between them for at least an hour a day and burn between 600 and 800 each day

8.29.2011 weigh-in LWW: 231.2 CW: 233.0 GAINED!! :-( up 1.8 lbs from last week. I had a really bad week last week. But today is monday, start of a new week so I'm definitely looking forward to making up for that.
