I can definitely do this! All i need to do is add 30 minutes of something on sunday as I already do an hour or a cardio exercise monday through saturday

I actually tried one last week: Potato Chip chicken tenders. I altered the recipe a bit and used a small amount of orginal kettle chips and my own seasonings.
