    10/17/11 Up 1.4 pounds to 220.

    Went to Tunica gambling and drinking/eating out this week and AF is due this week. I am up 1.4 pounds and I am not sure the drinking and eating out is worth it. However I am here for the long haul so back to the gym and healthy eating I go. It also inspires me to see others on here doing so and and consoles me knowing I am not the only one that struggles.
