P90X Ab ripper or Brazilian Butt lift's Tummy tuck. Both are intense and give great results.

I have bought it as well. I must say I love it when I use and seem to get preety sore. But much like you it sits more than I use it. :( I am going too try and move it in the living room so I can use while watching TV. Maybe then it'll get more use.

I had a friend that bought the Jillian Detox and weight loss pills and said it did nothing. She said it was a waste of money.

Thank you everyone! I've been trying to only weigh once a week. It was real hard the first week but all in al it was much less stressful. I'm not agonizing the weigh in any more.

Try adding protien bars or protien drinks to your day. Not only will it help you reach your calorie intake but also assist with the weight loss.

I have the Sketcher shape ups, had them since January. I absolutely LOVE them!! I wear them to work (I'm a MedicalAssistant at a family clinic so I'm always on my feet), and I wear them for day to day walking, as well as running. The only thing I have found that is difficult with them is running on the treadmill. Bt…

This is definetely a long hard journey but very much worth it! I use DVDs as well as go to the gym. Some of my collection is; Jillian's 30 day shred, biggest loser last chance workout, Fitness TV, Brazilian Butt Lift, P90X. My hardest thing is staying motivated and sticking to a program. I think connecting with others will…

Thank you for all your responses! Maybe I will try to limit my weigh ins too twice a week maybe than I won't be so discouraged with the 1-4 pound flucuations.
-
Thanks! I was hoping I wasn't being to compulsive lol. How much do you aim to lose on a daily basis? or even weekly?
-
Sounds great! I'll have to try the salsa too

Gum is a great alternative to eating and it's usually less than 5 calories :) Water works well too but my new favorite is vitamin water zero. It has several different great flavors with ZERO calories, this is great for those who don't love water and a good twist in flavor for those that do.

That is awesome! You are a great inspiration! Do you have any tips or advice to help?

Thank you!

Make sure your calorie intake is at the least 1200 and drink 8 glasses of water a day. Your video might be efficeint at first but I would try to add in some cardio too. Running and boxing are best for all over fitness and weight loss. (Not to mention a great stress reliever!)

Thank you everyone for your feedback!! I look forward to seeing results :) One more question how do you figure the calories burned from the BBL videos?
-
Congrats on your weight loss!! And thanks for the last minute tips. I'm currently pushing lots of protien and water as well as exercise like crazy

Thanks HawkeyeGuy. I appreciate the help :) My usual fight weight is at 125, so by all means at this time I'm not all lean muscle at this time. but not quite sure that I have 30 pounds of fat either.
-
LOL thanks  I'll have a day or two to rehydrate and what not after weigh ins so hopefully that will give me some recovery time.

That is very true, when I'm in training I eat great, cut out soda and sugars and up my protien, But afterwards I go right back to the bad habits. I was at my goal weight in October and that fight fell through so since then I have been eating what I want and not doing such extreme workouts. So that's how I've found myself…

Sounds like your life is just as crazy. I like the idea of precooking, thanks. The diet thing has always been my weekness, I would rather live in the gym then diet lol. Nice to meet you and thank you for your tips
