  • I use 5# weights and I do fine with everything except the front raises...those kill me so after doing about 15 of them together I start alternating. That's up from when I started, I could only do about 5 together! So I am definatly building strength!

  • I haven't been on track with exercise this week. I did manage to walk the stairs at work each night I was there, but I haven't made it to the gym since Sunday. Hopefully tomorrow I will hit the gym before we leave town. As for fruits and vegies...most days I'm getting them in, though I've missed a day or two.

  • EMURANO is absolutly right!!! I have found that if I keep celery chopped and ready to snack on I have a much easier time at night when I'm home and bored. Hope that helps.

  • I've had hypo for about 20 years and I have struggled the entire time to either take weight off or keep it off. I have found that if I let my guard down for even a short time the pounds start packing on. Dieting doesn't work for me, I have to move to drop or control my weight.
