Good job Mike!

UPDATE: Its been 5 weeks. I just started P90X on Monday and this is day 3. My average outgo has been 3105 (according to BMF) and the income has been 2745. That being said, with scale readings being unreliable at best, I am down maybe 2.5 lbs (grain of salt) and my last waist measurement was down 0.25, but that can…

Dude, your success motivated me to try P90X. Finished day 2 this AM. Thanks for posting.

Here's some advice you may explore. http://eatmore2weighless.com/

Thanks for the input. I redid Scooby and got BMR 1890, TDEE 2929 and at 15% 2490 (20% 2343). That's almost where I've been hitting this past week. I'll give it a few more weeks (I'm not a patient person...at all) and see what happens.

Kentucky?

Good job! Doing it right.

Thx

Follow up question: I should be eating at least my BMR net each day, right? I know targeting 2090 and burning 400 brings me below my BMR of 1800.
-
My TDEE is right at 2600 and where I am targeting is -20%. There is about a 100 calorie difference between -20% and -15%. I sure hope so. Also, I measure right after I get up.

Skinny tire awesome!

I'm hoping that's it. When I was going by scale weight, I was always heaviest on Monday. And to be honest, I didn't feel quite myself for the last three days or so. It could very well be that my body is confused.
-
Okay, too soon to be frustrated. I've upped my calories from 1250 to 2050 (BMR 1810) for about 2 weeks now. I'm quite impatient, apparently. I wasn't surprised with the scale gain, but when the tape stretched out an inch further, I was ever so disappointed. I've been lifting heavy and I'm a runner, so I've been doing that.…

I'm Ben. I ballooned up in college. My freshman 15 was a freshman 30 in the first semester. I left home at 180 and came home at Christmas at 209. I stayed around 200 for several years. I had asthma all my life up until a miraculous healing event in 1994 (I will just leave that for another day) occurred and I began…

Looking at my abs, I'd say pancakes and lots of them.

bumped for reference

Great info.

Awesome!

I like to take a cottage cheese and add a small amount of Jello powder for flavor.

Mentally, the dreadmill kills me. Much rather be outside in the heat, cold, rain or snow than the glorified hamster wheel... but that doesn't really answer the question, does it?
-
Great job and Happy Birthday.

Knocked it out of the park. Homerun.
-
Keep it up. Fabulous.
-
Wow!

How bad do you want it? Bad enough to get going again? I believe you can do it. Do you believe you can do it? Prove it!

I commend you work. Great job. Enjoy every bit of the success because you are earning it.

Great job.
