Hey everybody, Just wanted to show you my before and afters and then I need some advice.
I lost 40 pounds about two years ago and managed to keep the weight off... But I've been fluctuating between 130-135 and my goal weight is 125... I just can't seem to find the motivation to lose the last few pounds and reach my goal. Help! Motivate me!
This is me at 173lbs.

How bad do you want it? Bad enough to get going again? I believe you can do it. Do you believe you can do it? Prove it!0

You look amazing! How tall are you?
If it's just motivation that you need, then think about that number and how you can get to it if you just set yourself to the task. Try some new workouts that are challenging or interesting. You can do it!0 -
The last few pounds are really tough to shift. I joined MFP at the start of the year and managed to lose the last few by recording everything I ate and sticking to a calorie deficit for 3-4 months. It can be done! Youve proven you can do it before. This last little bit just requires that little bit more effort. You can do it!! Add me if you wish.0

You look great! How long did it take you to lose 40 lbs and what exercises did you do, if any? My goal is to drop 40 lbs and that would take me to where you are at right now.0

Thanks a lotIt took me around 5 months to lose all of the weight. I just ate 1200 calories a day and exercised 3/4 times a week. Mostly the stair machine (that thing that looks like a mini escalator) for about 45 minutes.

You look fantastic sailor
You may want to up the calories a little bit on the workout days...probably not what you wanted to hear...and also very controversial if you've been following other posts on here. Stick to the 1,200 calories on your non-workout days. See if that works.
Best of luck!0 -

Hah! Thank you for recognizing the costume, everyone thought I was a nurse all night. Maybe cuz it was my ER work party but who knows :P I'm so afraid to eat back the exercise calories although I did it last night. I'll try that out0 -
Keep going! You can get through this. I know you will break through0
