Thanks for the Comments everyone...I have lost 40.8lbs to date, starting in mid Oct 2011....I was just curious as to whether it was a good idea to do or not...I enjoy mfp and the healthier lifestyle I have now thanks to mfp.... :)

I would agree..I dont like any kind of peppers as well....Well actually I don't like eating them but don't mind the taste if its in food..Weird I know lol

I use the weight watcher ones...but I also add veggies to mine like if i have the alfredo with broccoli I will add onion and chicken and diced tomatoes....I find it filling and tasty..
