I have been overweight all of my life. My mom had me on diets and at 16 I joined WW and lost the weight I needed to. Needless to say gained it back. Then life happened and by my second child I had become bigger than I ever was. By the time I was pregnant for my 4th child the Dr. said I had to lose weight and I did and was…

I also did WW in the past and lost the weight that I needed too. Life happened and I gained some back. Looked into WW and did not like the changes. Was told about this site that is free and I love it.

My husband and I will be watching the game at home together, and enjoying crispy oven fried chicken wings, celery stuffed with a buffalo chicken mix, and some other goodies that I haven't figured out yet. I am sure there will be some kind of not so good small goodie for both of us. Go Pats!!!

Cauliflower tortillas, mashes with different meats, fritters, soups. I am going to try ravioli this weekend. I try to use it for a substitute anywhere I can.

Thanks for the idea for this and the cauliflower tamales.

It can be hard at first! Think of it as a lifestyle not a diet, it is to help you stay healthy and happy. Diet is such a harsh word. I have sent you a request.

I have done both. I was successful with WW, I lost 90 lbs in 11 months, but then my financial situation changed and I could no longer afford WW. I did not know about MFP until a friend told me. I came here and I like it much better. The support is awesome and it fits my lifestyle.

Gardening is my therapy! It is also my workout during the gardening season here in MI. I also can spend hours outside in my many gardens. I love the rewards of the fresh vegetables and being able to can and freeze what I grow. I have been gardening since I was a child. My parents always had a big garden and I have…

My motivation is to be healthy again. I lost 90 lbs 4 years ago, kept it off for 2 years and I felt great, could wear clothes I wanted, and was happy about myself.

Great inspiration!

Welcome back! This is my second week back, and I am sticking to it. Also holding myself accountable by saying it here! Lets do this.

You didn't put it on in one day. You can't take it off in one day! :)

I make them all the time as a substitute for pasta. You can use many vegetables not just zucchini. I bought my spiral tool at Wal-Mart also. It works good. Also try spaghetti squash as a substitute for noodles.

Avocado is great in baked goods. The frosting is good also. If you like them try it, you will be surprised!

I like mine with spicy brown mustard. I eat it inside romaine lettuce leaves. It is not for everyone but it is worth a try.

I am right there with you also! I lost 90lbs about 3 years ago and kept it off for a year and a half, met my husband, and needless to say the watching what I eat went out the window!! Then I had a hysterectomy, and now am in full blown menopause. So I know what your struggle is. I just restarted today knowing that I have…
