that sounds like a good idea. I guess, I was thinking about my goal to run a 10 minute mile. I was also going running on 6 because I had 700 calories I needed to burn and I did NOT want to be on that thing all night. lol

wow...run 4 miles at 4.5??!?! Can't weight until i'm able to do that. I ran on 6 and walked on 3. I will up my walking speed to 3.5, maybe. lol Depends. I really needed the time to catch my breath. lol

Ok...did week 2, day 1 today. Felt great! I ran on 6.0. burned over 300 calories in a half hour.

Wow...I was JUST thinking about starting this. Do you mind if I jump in? I know i won't be able to get all 3 workouts in this week but i've been working out everyday this week, so i won't feel bad. I will start week 2 with you all next week. I'm excited about doing this with others.

i c this is a very debatable topic. I hear YES you should DEFINITELY eat what you burn and I also hear you don't have to. I never had a problem with eating too many calories. I used to do Michael Thurmand's Six Week Body Makeover and I would only eat about 700 calories a day AND workout and I never ran into a problem with…

Well, I had only eaten breakfast and lunch...then I burned 663 calories on my incline trainer. So i guess, technically I only have an additional 663 calories to eat. lol no one...just dont want to fall back into my old ways.
