I thought it would be helpful to have our own thread, not to disconnect ourselves from the other but so we can connect and get to know each other a little better.

I look forward to losing with you all over the next 7 weeks. I'm VERY motivated and excited about finally conquering this battle.

    I don't know how to make a banner. Does anyone else?

    I just want to say that I had and awesome finish to my workout tonight and guess what the last song was that came on my ipod? "Imma Bee"...by black Eyed Peas...I must say it really motivated me to run faster. :-)
