Totally doing these salads in a jar!

Can you come over to my house and make this???

I keep a few tupperware containers of chopped onions, peppers or mushrooms in the fridge. For breakfast I do a quarter cup of pepper, a quarter cup of onions and 2 ounces of diced ham...sautee in frying pan then add an egg and 2 egg whites. I use at least 2 veggies each time. Adding a cup of vegetable soup to your lunch is…

I've actually been on a huge soup kick the last few weeks trying new recipes. Bring it!

good idea!
-
bump for the weekend! Making this for lunches this week!
-
Sounds perfect
-
exactly! My husband loves cheese though so it makes it 10 times better for him. /bump! making this tomorrow night!
-
Just made this! I crumbled a chocolate graham cracker over 1/2 a cup of the pudding...delish! came to about 100 calories since it was half the pudding and an additional graham cracker.

ooooh interesting

Stairs don't bother me so will see about the step-ups. Might try some yoga also =)

Thanks for all the comments, guys. I have been two three doctors all prescribing physical therapy with no results. I'm seeing a new doctor today and will push for an MRI. I have basically stopped training my legs since last year, aside from cardio. Thanks again for the words of advice. (Thanks for the reminder that its…

I have a similar problem and I've been doing stiff legged deadlifts for my glutes and hamstrings. Also try box squats. You lean a little further back so it doesn't put as much strain as a regular squat. Good Luck!

I love you! I've been dying to learn how to cook Indian food. I'll be checking out your page this weekend!

I made it last week without the onion and it was still amazing.

Glad you guys like it! /Bump!

It was all the plyometrics and having weak hips (according to my doctor). Still trying to figure out the exact cause of it. Been foam rolling my quads and IT Band and taking aspirin and I can do spin classes now. Still hurts to stand up and sit down. So yeah, if you like running and it doesn't bother you, stick with it =)

I would still workout. For me it's about sticking to my healthy habits even if I end up binging. I don't look at it as burning the calories but following through with a promise to myself to exercise.

Careful. It's been almost a year since I did Insanity and I have a bad case of knee bursitis that I can't get rid of. (Did 5 months of TurboFire prior to Insanity) Went to a doctor recently and went through Physical Therapy...$1000 later and it's still here.
-
After the 30 Day Shred I got Turbo Fire and did it for about 3 months. It's a lot of fun. I still love Jillian and her no nonsense moves and style. Did you remove the pics? I can't see them!
-
It's weird but when I went off it last fall I gained 10 pounds. That was the catalyst to get me to start working out. I was on Yaz.
-
30DS was my first stab at working out so I did not do any extra cardio. I used it to build a habit of daily exercise, which it did. I shrank in the process =)

Treat exercise like a job. Schedule it into your day. If everyone skipped their workout from being tired, they would only workout a few times a year! When I get home I know I HAVE to workout, regardless. And if I'm a little tired I remind myself it's me making an excuse. Don't make excuses! Even if it's only 20 mintues of…

As far as the cost, do you eat out at all? Like I often will grab subway for lunch or even a starbucks sandwich for breakfast once a week. Shakeology is pretty filling so you can substitute one of your meals. To stretch the cost you can also do half servings. Still get great benefits from it at half the price. I'll…

Shakeology is AMAZING!! I got a weeks sample from my coach and used it for a week and felt so good. After the week my body was craving it. I can't wait til I have to money to be able to use it regularly.

I do Insanity now and have done Turbo Fire and Jillian Michaels and I'll say Jillian Michaels reminds me a lot of Shaun T's style from Insanity, just not as intense. She does similar exercises in her circuits. 6 Weeks 6 Pack Abs, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones...all GREAT workout DVDs.…
