Delicious Pumpkin Smoothie - Tastes like pumpkin pie!
Change up your breakfast smoothie by drinking pumpkin pie guilt free!
Blend
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling) [bonus: this is great for your complexion!]
- 1/2 cup milk or coconut milk
- 1 tbspn maple syrup
- pumpkin pie spice mix or some cinnamon & nutmeg if you don't have the mix

What do you mean by not pie filling? The stuff I get is pie filling in a can but it's one ingredient: pumpkin. Do you mean not spiced?0

I make this all the time. I use a banana as well. I don't use maple syrup or any kind of sugar. I will add in some chocolate protein powder from time to time as well.0

You can put pumpkin in pretty much any protein shake/smoothie. the taste covers pretty easily. I use it almost every day, year round!0

I make a protein shake with pumpkin- delish!
Blend together:
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup chai tea (optional)
pumpkin pie spice to taste
handful of ice
Yum!
