Blend

What do you mean by not pie filling? The stuff I get is pie filling in a can but it's one ingredient: pumpkin. Do you mean not spiced?

I make this all the time. I use a banana as well. I don't use maple syrup or any kind of sugar. I will add in some chocolate protein powder from time to time as well.

You can put pumpkin in pretty much any protein shake/smoothie. the taste covers pretty easily. I use it almost every day, year round!

I totally made this, and it rocks! Thank you for such a great idea :) I did make a few changes/additions:

    For 1 serving:
1 banana; 1/2 cup pure pumpkin; 1/4 cup of greek yogurt; 1 tsp brown sugar; 1 1/2 cups of cooled brewed chai tea; 4 ice cubes; 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract; lots of pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. It's so yummy and filling :) Oh, and I did this with my Bullet.

Makes a BIG serving!!! Approx 200 cals.

I am sure that is what she means - you can buy pre sweetened and spiced mixes.

I tried a pumpkin smoothie recipe last year and it was TERRIBLE, I can't remember the recipe but it was not edible. This is a smaller version- I will try it. I'm not a big maple person so I will try it with the banana. Would honey work?

It's in the baking aisle, near pie filling. Usually right next to pumpkin pie filling!

Pumpkin pie filling has spices already mixed in like you said but it also has sugar. The pure pumpkin is a cleaner ingredient. Enjoy!

Honey is good! And then if you still don't like it just keep adding honey
