adding my dairy is open and I'm trying to eat 1,200 cals just for the term of the challenge & not eat back work out cals. Once this is over, I plan on upping my cals and eating back some workout cals if not all :hushed:

Wow thank you all so much for your input!!! I think I might get a pair of trail shoes mostly because this trail I'm sure will be muddy slippery and I will need the proper gear. I'm super stoked!! When I log 30 mins weightlifting it says 93 calories burned I can't help but think if I ran for 30 mins I would burn 300 calories...I really want to stick with weightlifting this time and I have a solid plan, I just want to know when I'll feel like I'm getting benefits & results...also I don't know if I'm lifting the right…

My feet are so sweaty that they are soaked but thats just from my feet being sweaty...not sweat dripping on them lol. ahhh yay for sweaty kids!

hey! I just started week two, I joined because I wanted support and to see others results. I've lost some weight and feeling good!!! i sometimes like today have to skip a weight lifting thins because I don't know how to do it or don't feel confidant trying it. :bigsmile:

I went on a first date last night, and the guy was super sweet and we had a good time but I don't have that feeling were you're super excited to see them again.
