There's a difference between not mentioning a child's appearance and telling them that they look bad. The article definitely argues for the former, and doesn't even touch on the latter.

Well, lookie who's so much better than everyone else! Tell me, what SHOULD people post in the success stories thread? I'm DYING for your opinion.

You gotta trust your spidey senses. If they tell you it's not safe, it probably isn't.

I sucked it up through the initial hand pain and now I'm deadlifting 215 glove- (and pain-) free. Wear gloves if you *want* them, but don't convince yourself you *need* them.

Mine gets up that high too. Hasn't killed me yet.

So why not quit your job and rob a convenience store?

Didn't read anything beyond the first page. Makes a joke and/or argument that got old six pages ago.

Why not just eat the fresh food without juicing it first? It'll be more filling and satisfying -- plus, switching back from juicing to eating solid food can be tough on your digestive tract. Where to get the food depends on where in the country you are -- are there farmers' markets around you that are open this time of…

Do barbell squats. They're KILLER for your thighs, butt, and tummy. (Google around about them if you're not sure how to do the exercise.)

It depends, how fat is the baby? If he's superfat, you might consider skipping straight to HGC.
