I have been losing weight even with a cheat day. I also try to make sure that if I want something I eat it or at least a little bit of it. Because I learned if try to make any food off limits then I start to crave it, even if it is something I don't really like and then I over eat it.

33 miles last week. I haven't added up this weeks. 87 to go. Will update later today when I add in last week.

Done. Did them while walking around at work. Luckily I work at a gym on campus, so no weird looks.

I write it in my planner to exercise becuase if it is in my planner I will do it. Then it depends on the day on what type exercise I do. Somedays it is just walking around the block. or parking lot depending on where I am and other is in the weights at the gym. You just figure out how much time you have and then squeeze in…

I need to change my goal because I did my math wrong. I meant for it to be 4 miles a day and not 40. So my real goal in 120 miles. Sorry about that.

Want to join. Goal is 1200 miles for the month. I spend a lot of time walking. Will have to work on making a tracker.

I Did it. Along with 30 seated calf raises with 25 pounds. Today was my gym day. :happy: I did all levels. My legs will either like me or hate me.

Reba McIntyre, because this is about the only time I get to listen to her. My husband isn't a Reba fan, so I listen to her while I work out. I don't use the music to keep pace because it is slow. I will work a little lo get to finish a song that I want to hear.

I tend to just not even keep track on Saturday. I'm out of the house all day, so I never eat all that well. I try to counteract that by moving tables around.

Supergirl and I actually have the outfit. I will have to wear it and get some pictures after I get closer to my goal weight.

I have seperate snacks for me and for the guys when we are playing our Superhero Game. Veggies actually work very well for us. Glad you are enjoying your game.

Somedays you just have to break your workour up into smaller grouping. You can also look at small things you can do while on break, like walking up and down the stairs a couple times or walking around the building. These are some of the things that I do, except the stairs because my work doesn't have stairs. Hope this…

Just keep it up. I sometimes do the previous move if I can't do the one that is currently being done. It is GREAT.

I start at 135, then 150 at the end of year one ( i was planning a wedding during finals week and was not very healthy at all), still going to school, no 171.5

This challenge was my motivation to exercise today (Wed) because I wanted to be able to log my yoga it. Thanks for motivating me to get on my Wii. Once I got one I stayed until I reached my daily Wii goal of 90 calories burned.

10 minutes of yoga today. I like the Wii fit challenge plan. I use my Wii fit for exercise frequently.:smile:

You aren't skipping real exercise with the Wii zumba, you are really sweating when you get done. Not sure how much weight I've lost due to it because I haven't reweighed since I started, but it is very nice to use at home and change up my routine.

I went for a walk with my husband. It was a 200 calorie burn, trying to keep up with him and taking the hills. It was a great night for it.:smile:

You did good. Everyone has a day when they over eat. Mine was yesterday. Mozarella sticks were my downfall. I love them and could not stop at 2.

1.Pinup shoot in plans ... making a calender for my husband for Christmas. 2. Fit into the Supergirl costume that is iin the closet ... but it isn't to be worn out of the house. (Supergirl is for my husband only.)
