Are you stretching before and after your elliptical training? My hips started aching when I did a lot of running without a good stretch before and after. Give them a rest for a while and see if it goes away on its own. Stretch your legs for 10 minutes a day until they feel better.

Its a non issue. If you work out at night or eat at night, it all depends on your sleep schedule too. I go running at 1-3 in the morning and have been seeing good results.

I'm 5'4 and weigh around 130. I was able to loose 10lbs by eating 1700-2000 a day but I burned off around 500 calories from exercise. Cut sugar from candy and added sugars, like adding sugar to cereal, teas and oatmeal, etc. It's time to think of fruit as your dessert and cut out yogurt. Do not eat or drink things with zero sugar!

Usually a cup of oatmeal will keep me feeling full until lunch but I like to eat; scrambled eggs with spinach and onion, a piece of toast, some bacon or sausage, homemade refried beans and a piece of brie with some hot tea to drink.

I was in the same bought a couple of weeks ago. I always ate out, craved the burgers got the free donuts at work and the free pizza. It's a hard habit to crack! But then I just stopped. You gotta stop thinking about and regretting everything you eat and just change it! You identified the problem now fix it!

I just use one scoop of vanilla protein powder with one cup of unsweetened almond milk. It's tasty! 160kcal. 25g of protein.

For cooking I use unsalted stick butter and for spreads I use smart balance. I think food tastes better when cooked in butter...less dry.

The biggest thing I learned so far is ...stop eating out and don't under eat. Don't treat your body like a trash can.
