I just completed day 1 of wk of 2, and I thought I would die. I hope I can do it without stopping tomorrow. I hoping I will see a drop in weight this week.

You have the desire now start small and work your way up. Go take a 5 min walk today and 10 min tomorrow and you will be surprised.

Two times is not too much, means you are getting enough fiber. I am definitely an A.M.er but wish I went twice everyday. LOL, if we discuss poop what next. :laugh:

Myfitnesspal is a great place for you. Don't give up and you will not be sorry. Sometimes those closes to you will try and sabotage you because you are trying and they are not. Your child will thank you one day for being a healthy mom. Keep up the good work!

Almonds and Avocados are a great idea. The avocados are good fat and tricks your body into thinking it is getting fat.

Often you will gain a few pounds before starting to lose, don't give up. Congratulations on giving up pop you will be happy you did.

Thank you for posting research based information. Everyone one to lose weight fast (including myself) but when you lose it fast you are more likely to put it all back on with interest.

Day 1, so excited got up and did 45 min on the ellipitical. My weight was up a pound:frown: but that may be due to body holding water or I hope it is. Started Cathe Freidrich's Muscle Max on Sunday and I am still sore. Go Team 5!!
