4th day of level 2 and today was hard...but I made it through the end of the week and the scale is moving already. I will be on level two for a while. May start level 3 the beginning of January.

I did 2 days of level 1 last week and moved to level 2 on Friday. It took me all weekend to recover (Sunday I did Ripped). Yesterday I did level 2 again and it was better. I will do it again today and take a break tomorrow. I don't love it yet but I hope I will come to. I do love the way her workouts make you feel like you…

I am on my fourt day of it, I started with workout one and moved to the second one on Fri. I wasn't able to do it again until yesterday because my thighs were killing me. I am going to do it again tonight and take a break tomorrow. On off days I am back to doing Ripped in 30.

Completed day 2 of it this morning. I am having trouble with the side plank, leg lift. I like the workout and will do it every other day. I just have to decide what I am going to do on alternate days.

I completed D6W4 one more day and I am done. I am going to miss Ripped but will start Killer buns & thighs on Sunday. It feels great to complete all the weeks. Thanks for all of the motivation.

I am ordering my dvd today on Amazon so hopefully it will be here by Friday.

D4 of W4 and I am still trying to recover from Thanksgiving. I am going to check out the killer buns and thighs for December challenge. I definitely want to keep going and continue to challenge myself.

I completed W4D1 this morning but will need to do it again after Thanksgiving dinner. I made all vegan dishes and desserts but still a lot of food. I like week4 better than 3 just need to get coordinated on a few of the moves.

Completed D8 of W3 and tomorrow is rest day. I will start week 4 on Thursday and do that for seven or so days. I had a love/hate relationship with week three. I hope I am like Suzanne and find week 4 to be not as difficult, W3 was HARD for me but I feel great for not giving up. Happy Thanksgiving! :smile:

I hate week 3 but the scale finally moved during the 3rd week. I am on my second week of W3 today was day 2. I had to do it a second week because I hadn't mastered all the moves. I am going to do one more day then move on to week 4 on Thursday.

I am starting my second week of w3 and may move on to week 4 half way through. I hope that after Thanksgivng I can be proud of myself.

I mostly use 5 pound weights, on the first day I used 3 lbs to get my form together.

I usually get on the elliptical on my rest day, this week I took a break from all exercise, I needed it. I do it on Sun, Mon, Tues, rest Wed and resume the workout on Thurs & Friday. Yes!! Jillian does talk too much sometimes.

W3 D5 complete but I am going to do it again next week and start week 4 the last week of November. I hope to add 30min of elliptical or walking next week since I am repeating week3. I still feel like I have to master it before moving on.UGH

I have recently moved away from wearing baggy shirts and shorts to work out in and I think wearing the cute workout clothes help to motivate you.

W3D3 and my daughter is still laughing at me. Hats off to those of you that do the treadmill and elliptical afterwards. Tomorrow is supposed to be rest day, I will used the elliptical and resume on Thursday.

Great job on the weigh loss. I prefer week 2, I feel like I am going to vomit after the workout since starting week 3 yesterday.

W3D2 today and I wish I could say I think it is easier than week 2. Yesterday, I wanted to go back to week 2. I will probably be on week 3 for two weeks, will see how the rest of the week goes. It doesn't help that my youngest daughter is there tell me to put my leg straight up like the advance lady. I haven't loss weight…

Day5Week 2 completed this morning. I don't feel like I have conquered all the moves in week 2, this morning I felt like I was just starting it. When she mentioned Natalie, my daughter asked if it was interactive because my name is Natalie. :laugh: I start week 3 on Sunday and really nervous about it.

Today is rest day for me. I notice where one person was down 1lb or so already, I haven't loss any weight yet and I will be on d4 of w2 tomorrow. UGHH!! I am watching what I eat the scale will not budge.

Did day 3 of week 2 this morning and it was a little better this morning. I agree with the post about the mountain climbers right after plank jumping jacks. I ended up pausing in the middle of them. Tomorrow is suppose to be a break day from it but I think if I stop, it may be harder on Thursday to do day 4.

Did w2d2 this morning. I still feel like my form is terrrible on a few of the excercises. The ab one where you are reaching up your leg is a killer. I had to stop again during the mountain climbers. I am going to push on:grumble:
