  • I drink tea drop green tea with honeydew melon... so yummy, im not sure if it helps with weight loss, ive been told it does, lets do a green tea week and see how we go !!

  • Yes use the spray, its so much better. All of the weight watchers recipes calls for a three second spray to the pan. I havent used oil in a long time, always just a spray.   • I agree, check out the Couch to 5k, its been great for me, i never thought i would be able to run at all, let alone all the running that is involved. Its a great program and if you have an iphone you can download an app and it takes you through the whole program for 8 weeks, day by day...awesome stuff, addictive too

  • tinned tomatoes, tinned chick peas, liquid stock, all of these things are great to make soups. So have them handy in the pantry always - I do.
  • I feel your pain - I am from Maltese family, and family feasts can be a nightmare. xonophone is right, eat reasonable size portions and remember its only one day. Just jump on the treadmill that night and walk it away, drink loads of water and you shouldnt feel toooooo bad afterwards. But of course, enjoy yourself :-)

  • Hi Siobhan, I am doing the c25k, and knowing that it only takes approx 28 minutes out of my day, i make sure that the kids are fed and attended to, the family are all doing their own thing, i then get my headphones on and hit the treadmill for my very own 28 minutes.   • If you can get your hands on wii fit plus, it tells you how many calories you burnt and how many minutes you trained for after each event. Its very handy and a heck of a lot of fun too !!!
