  • 3 months ago I saw a pair of dressy pants in my favorite store- they were too tight on me. I 've ordered next larger size and waited for it for about 2 weeks. When I got them at home- they felt a little loose . 2 more weeks passed and I had hard time keeping them on my waist rather than on my hips as they kept sliding. 3…

  • Most of us have Polar brand HRM's, that is what we usually discuss. You'll definetely be better off with less expensive brand than no HRM at all. Just make sure, you'll buy it from the store with some exchange policy, so you could upgrade it to Polar if needed to be. Best of luck

  • 2 lbs a week- is great ! I am jelous, but: - it is very fast loss-you will loose fat so fast that you skin will not have a chance to catch up; you'll have terrible sagging skin all over. If you have money to do plastic surgery afterwards, than that is not an issue. -you will not be able to leave your live on 900-1200 cals…

  • I agree : language is not what I would normally read. But author is very straight forward about ways meat and dairy are being delivered to our tables. After reading it, I quit on my Starbucks trips. I used to do skinny latteys. I stopped milk and coffee cold turkey. I am not done reading the book

  • I do twice a day too. For better or worse, it just keeps me accountable for my day.
  • I think you supposed to alternate different muscles groups. Like you should do arms and and shoulders on MN-TH- St. Legs schould be TU- FR-SN. When we work out we elongate our muscles and create micro-tears. As they heal- they become stronger. You need to give them time to heal. :blushing:
