One more thing: only my front 6 teeth on the top and 6 on the bottom are touching through some bite plate. Between daily activities, cooking, cleaning and babies- why do you feel the need for additional exersize???

I eat over my cals almost always- but, knowing that, I exersise extra( with HRM controlled burned cals) to compensate. You can tweak your numbers a little bit: if you can't eat less- you must exersise more. Good luck

Ho do you know your numbers? If you had HRM to tell you that- than, girl, you did really good:drinker: If it is gym equipment 's monitors you are counting on- be carefull: they usually overetimate your workouts 30-50%. I was a victim of that too :explode: . My advice: Get yourself HRM. Best of luck:flowerforyou:

I like KASHI frozen entrees and progresso low sodium canned soups- soutwestern chicken and rice is my favorite. I eat the whole can- about 250 cals
