I feel like I'm falling behind but hoping to catch up to meet the goal after this week. I'm in college and a lot of my big projects are due this week. Ugg... I'm at 410 minutes logged.

I close my office door and do some squats or lunges to get my blood moving. Or I go to the bathroom (we have a large one person women's bathroom) and I do jumping jacks in there.

I decided to do both jumping jacks and the lunges. I have been working hard on homeworks so just started tackling them today while taking bathroom breaks at work. (We have a large women's bathroom so no one can see me at work).
