    same as the previous week for me, no ups and no downs

    July 4th measurements

    Goal: 15 inches

    Thighs: 52 1/4 (this number was doubled)
    Arm: 23
    Waist: 40
    Hips:44
    Chest: 41
    total:200 1/4
    July 11th measurement

    thighs: 51 inches (number doubled)
    Arm: 24 (more muscular)
    waist: 38
    hips:44
    chest:41
    total:198

    so I have lost 2 1/4 inches i think. Arms have increased but think that is due to muscle build up from exercises.

    18th Measurements
    thigh: 49

    i make that 4 1/2 inches off! x

    Sorry I have been MIA for the last few measure-ins. I was getting ready for a good friends wedding and vacation. I have been feeling like I look better and a whole lot better then I see when I looked at the wedding pictures... I always thought it was the other way around and you feel like you look bigger then you really are... nope not me... oh well... Time to start logging my food again I ate 3 big cookies and some M&M's yesterday along with cheeze--its and a ton of junk... I would be the size of a cow if i was not getting in some form of burn... I know that is my prob, I have been working out, well at least burning a ton of cals each day (swimming and walking and such), but I need to get back to my weights and visit jillian a few more times a week.

    Goal: 5 inches
    Week 1 measurements
    Thighs: 50 inches (this number was doubled)
    Arm: 27 (this number was doubled)
    Waist: 37.5 inches
    Hips: 41 inches
    Chest: 40.5 inches

    Thighs: 50 inches (this number was doubled)

    I am down 2.5 inches.

    I am down 1.5 this week, 4 inches total. 1 inch away from my goal, can I increase my goal to 6 please? 6 Total.

    I am down 1 this week, 5 inches total. I gained .5 in my waist... I feel a little bloated. I did not do so good this weekend & am now paying the price. But I am down 1.5 in the hips, so 1 inch total. good job to everyone else & good luck to those who still need to check in

    July 28

    Waist: 36 inches
    Hips: 40 inches
    Chest: 40 inches

    Total loss: 5 inches. My original goal was 5, which I made, but did not make my increased goal of 6 inches. Better luck next month.

    Alright here are my starting measurements.

    Thighs - 53.5
    Arms - 26.75
    Waist - 32.0
    Hips - 45.5
    Chest - 38.5

    Goal - 5 inches

    Ending measurements

    Thighs - 50.25
    Arms - 25.75
    Waist - 30.5
    Hips - 44
    Chest - 37

    Total lost 8.25! (I think I don't have a calculator on me right now). I really didn't think I was going to make it to my goal.

    I'll be in for next months challenge too. I'm going to post measurement again Monday cause I'm going to make a few slight changes to where I take the measurements from. I think it will make it easier to get consistent measurements every time.
