    Thighs: 54 (this number was doubled)

    July 4th measurements

    Goal: 4 inches

    Thighs: 52 1/4 (this number was doubled)
    Arm: 23
    Waist: 40
    Hips:44
    Chest: 41

    looking at it i have already lost 10 inches since i measured at the beginning of last week so think i need to change my goal already lol. i want to lose including the 10 a total of 15 inches.

    Hello all, so excited about this. I am in a wedding on july 23rd and my dress does not fit yet... My husband said that I need to lose about an inch just under my chest so it fits....

    I hope to lose 5 inches...

    I hope I'm not too late to join! I remember most of my measurements (from last night) but I'll update the rest this evening as I'm at work now. My goal will be to lose 5 inches:

    Arms 26 (13 doubled)
    thighs 47 (23 1/2 doubled)

    Arms - 26

    I can't beleive I lost an inch and a half on the waist just since the 1st. Thank you 30 day shred!! :bigsmile:

    All of our measurements are done on Monday. However, we measured for the start of the month being last week. From here on out you will measure on Monday.

    2nd place is vinnysgirl with 8 inches down
