    Thank you everyone for getting your numbers in. If you aren't on the spreadsheet it is because I didn't have your initial numbers by July 1st but you can still follow along.

    Our winner for this week is redhotredneck with an amazing 4 inches gone in one week!
    2nd place goes to ssweets18 with 3.5 inches shed
    3rd place is a tie between two lovely ladies with 3 inches gone....Amsparky and Kalrez

    Redhotredneck picked 100 wall squats for our optional weekly challenge.

    Ok so I forgot to update my measurements, sorry :blushing: Kids are on School Holidays atm and it is throwing everything out :grumble: Oh well only a couple more days, they go back on Monday :bigsmile:

    So I have now lost 6 inches in total which is awesome!! I think I need to up my goal to 10 inches :happy:

    I honestly find this hard to believe - that I made my goal. I feel like I am not making ANY progress. Even seeing these numbers, I think maybe I just measured differently last Monday (even though I took the measurements multiple times today).
